Jaymie Sabilia-Heffert is an attorney at Sanders Law Group and is a member of the firm’s Copyright Infringement team. She is an experienced civil litigation attorney, with diverse knowledge and experience in a wide range of legal fields, including complex construction litigation, business disputes, and administrative appeals. She has experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts.

Her passion for the arts fuels her drive and ambition to ensure that her clients’ unique creations receive the highest level of protection under the law. Her analytical mindset combined with her creative nature enables her to evaluate complex fact patterns and to think outside of the traditional box with a natural ease.

Jaymie earned her J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York, where she was a member of the Honor’s Program and graduated cum laude. She is admitted in New York State, the Northern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York.
