Kara is an associate for the Sanders Law Group and focused on consumer protection issues. She is currently focusing on advocating for her clients against debt collectors who violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”). Ms. McCabe has a strong record of success in litigating a wide array of matters. Kara is familiar with transactional and litigation proceedings from her previous firm, in-house, and government work experience. Prior to joining our team, Ms.McCabe represented corporate clients in managing litigation, including exposure liability analyses, anticipatory budgets, and other risk management reports.
