Latonia D. Robinson is an associate attorney at Sanders Law Group. Ms. Robinson obtained most of her Federal Court training from working on Civil Rights (42 U.S. Code § 1983) litigation with a specific focus on police brutality. Over the course of her career, she encountered many people who either wanted to start a business and had either a brand or idea but were uncertain on how they could protect their intellectual property.

While zealously protecting the civil rights of victims of police brutality, Ms. Robinson gradually became increasingly involved in assisting clients navigate obtaining a Trademark with the United State Patent and Trademark Office as well as pursuing infringement claims under both Copyright and Trademark law. Over time, she found a new passion in assisting creative individuals protect their brand regardless of the obstacles and struggles that hinder them. She now brings that experience to Sanders Law Group.
